When buying a new property, whether you’re getting a piece of land or a new home, most of the time you’re getting the place as is. If there are certain improvements or changes you want, you may have to coordinate with the seller or your real estate agent to get it done before they turn over the property. If this wasn’t done before you settled in, then everything within your property becomes your responsibility. For instance, if the yard has a bunch of trees you wish to be removed, then you would have to seek for professional assistance in tree removal on your own.

It's too risky to perform tree cutting by own and it can lead to even death also. So, it's essential to take help from professionals who can do it in a professional way.

I agree wholeheartedly with this post. I've had a few clients who, upon moving into the house, decided to top their trees because they were too tall, instead of removing them and re-planting with a more appropriate tree for that location. Customers obviously shouldn't be trying to remove the tree let alone branches >4" in diameter, anyhow. It's dangerous. Leave it up to the professionals.
